Less than 8% or people knew the difference between a browser and a search engine. Google and yahoo, are search engine. Firefox and internet explorer are browsers. Technically the whole wage page that comes up is a browser, though lets not get picky.
This video is a great reminder to not make assumptions about what our customers do actually know. This is an internet example. Do you ever make this mistake with your customers? Making an assumption that they know everything?
