I have about 600 followers at the moment and have my tweets appear on my home page (you can see this working at http://www.fearcourse.com on the right) and on my Facebook using a widget. It is certainly driving more traffic to my site. I also have a follow me button on my home page and others but I am not too sure how many people have actually used it but I appear to be gaining about 10 twitter followers a day from somewhere. keep up the good work.
